When the rear display is showing a camera preview, swiping to the left or right on the Cover Screen will allow switching between photo and video modes. Photos can be taken using either of the volume buttons or by using the palm gesture if the feature is enabled in the phone's camera settings. The front-facing camera has a resolution of 10 megapixels, while the two rear cameras are each 12 megapixels. The advantage is that there is a choice of two cameras, wide or ultra-wide. This will allow taking photos with the rear cameras while watching a preview on the rear display.
